In this paid, three-and-a-half-week program, you will learn how to make a difference with the latest skills and techniques for providing personal care and assisting with activities of daily living for individuals living or rehabilitating at a senior living or health care community. The class features a fun, engaging, and effective curriculum and learning environment dedicated to exceptional care and customer service.
3 ½ week paid training program includes:
- Schedule:
- Week 1 & 2: Classroom lecture
- Week 3: Clinicals and exam preparation
- Week 4: C.N.A. exam and orientation at community
- Guaranteed employment, after the certification is obtained
- $17.40 hourly pay for all classroom hours required for graduation
- Increase to $19 hourly pay after certification
- All materials required for the training program provided
- Minimum of 120 hours of classroom and clinical training
- Certified Nursing Assistant State Exam Fee included

To qualify, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the ability to commit to six months of full-time or part-time employment
- Have a passion for caring for people
- Complete a pre-screen telephone interview, on-site personal interview and pre-employment screening (includes background check and tuberculosis screening)
- Criminal Background check prior to start of class
- Be able to read, write and communicate in English fluently
- Must pass final exam of the classroom portion of the class with a grade of 80% or better in order to proceed in program
- CPR certified through Red Cross or American Heart Association prior to clinical training portion (we provide this)
- Must have closed toed, rubber soled shoes
- Nursing scrubs any color/pattern that is appropriate and in good condition must be worn to all class meetings
